  • ​Logistics Partner: We utilize Shiprocket (BigFoot Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) as our automated logistics aggregator, providing access to India’s most reliable courier networks.
  • ​Processing vs. Shipping Time: 
  1. Order Processing: Orders are inspected and packed within 24–48 business hours from our fulfillment center.
  2. ​Transit Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery spans 5–7 business days, depending on your geographic location.
  • ​Real-Time Tracking: Upon dispatch, a unique Shiprocket tracking ID will be transmitted via SMS and Email. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment's status through the link provided.
  • ​Shipping Charges:
  1. ​Prepaid Orders: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping across India.
  2. ​COD Orders: To mitigate the heightened logistics risk and administrative costs of cash collection, a non-refundable Convenience Fee is applicable to all COD orders.
  • ​Serviceable Pin Codes: We ship to over 24,000+ pin codes. If your location is identified as "Non-Serviceable" by our carriers, we will issue a full refund.
  • ​Damaged Shipments: If the external packaging appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and notify us at cc@sympliqueindia.com immediately. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the specified address.
